This is for a custom ordered liner and allows you to choose your cage size and the fleece colour/pattern you would like it made from. This listing is for liners with the same colours on both sides, single colour liner. All of our custom ordered liners are made to order and so are not for immediate dispatch. We aim to have these made and dispatched within 7-10 days.

Prices start from £13 for a 2x1 C&C liner, all prices include P&P and custom liner orders still get the multi liner discounts.

Like all of our cage specific liners, our custom ordered liners have taken a long time to design as we've used our years of experience of keeping guinea pigs and spoken to other owners to ensure we've created liners that both meet the needs of the animals but also look good for the owner to enjoy in their home.

We have been able to source a material called Zorb™ direct from the manufacturers so that all of our Liners use this amazing material. Zorb™ is 20 times faster at locking away liquid than any other material including cotton, bamboo and microfibre which are used in other cage liners. It also absorbs 10 times it's weight in liquid in half a second. We are the only UK based cage liner makers who use this material in all their absorbent cage liners. You can't get better elsewhere and these are all still hand made in the UK.

Key Features

  • Anti-pil fleece to wick away moisture from the animals.
  • Zorb™ absorbent core to lock away any moisture.
  • Made to measure for your inputted size.
  • Hand made at home in the UK using quality materials.

We have designed these liners to fit into a variety of cages. All C&C liners are based on cages with panels joined with the standard connectors and edged with 4mm correx. Obviously if you are using cable ties to join the panels or smaller/larger correx then please let us know and we'll ensure the liner will fit.

Many of you will be new to using cage liners so are probably wondering what you need to do to keep your cage clean and tidy when using them. Below are some general instructions with some extra Tips to help out further to ensure you get the best out of your liner.

Washing and Drying

  • Give your liner an initial wash before using. This helps aid the wicking of the fleece.
  • Sweep/vacuum the loose hay and droppings on a daily basis.
  • Your liner will need washing once or twice a week depending on how messy your little ones are. Obviously if you have 3 or more animals in the cage then washing may need to be done every couple of days. On these days, shake/brush the loose materials off of your liner.
  • Machine wash your liner on a cool wash, 30/40C using a washing detergent that doesn't contain fabric softener.
  • Our liners can tumble dried though we would recommend line/air drying them. Due to the materials we use they will dry fairly quickly.

Extra Help

  • Do Not use fabric softener when washing your liners. This is because it leaves a residue on the fleece fibres stopping them from wicking moisture away as effectively
  • We recommend giving your liner an initial wash though this is not essential. You will find the more the liner is washed the more effective the fleece becomes at wicking away any moisture. This is normal behaviour for the material and is a reason why it is so good to use in the cage.
  • When washing, if you give the liner a second spin/rinse you will find that it dries a lot quicker.
  • Make sure you don't use too much detergent as this will clog the fibers and stop the liner working as effectively. This will lead to bad odours.
